The Founding Market Launch — Complete
The initial 801 PTC Founding Launch allocation from the 200,003 PTC Market & Liquidity Reserve was completed on September 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
The remainder of the Market & Liquidity Reserve remains separate from the initial launch allocation.
Years 1–2 — Quarterly Review Framework
During the first two years following the Founding Launch, Pride Town Connect may evaluate up to 500 additional PTC for market use at each quarterly review. These are review dates, not guaranteed releases. Any deployment will be evaluated according to ecosystem participation, token utility, available liquidity and market conditions. Unused amounts remain in reserve and do not automatically roll forward.
Year 3 and Beyond
Beginning after the first two-year launch framework, future release limits may be reviewed according to ecosystem participation, token utility, available liquidity and market conditions. The fourth quarter of 2028 and later periods fall under this Year 3-and-beyond review framework.
PTC is live on Solana. The official mint address on this page remains the definitive identifier for the Pride Town Connect token.

No liquidity or market guarantee. Pride Town Connect and Vanguard Advertising Agency, LLC do not guarantee, and are not obligated to maintain, any minimum level of liquidity, trading volume, market price, exchange availability, third-party listing, verification status or continuous market access for PTC. Liquidity may increase, decrease or become unavailable, and third-party participants or platforms may add, remove or change liquidity independently.
Assumption of risk. By choosing to acquire, hold, transfer, trade, provide liquidity for or otherwise interact with PTC, each participant acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risks of digital-asset activity, including price volatility, loss of value, slippage, transaction fees, smart-contract or protocol risk, wallet compromise, irreversible transactions, network congestion or outages, third-party platform failures, regulatory changes and loss of access to digital assets.
Third-party platforms. Solana, wallets, explorers, decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, verification services and other third-party services are independent of Pride Town Connect and Vanguard Advertising Agency, LLC. Their availability, security, pricing, warnings, verification decisions, data, interfaces and operations are outside Pride Town Connect's control.
Program discretion. PTC was launched to support community participation, business engagement, rewards, incentives and future digital utility. These programs may evolve. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pride Town Connect may modify, delay, suspend or discontinue PTC-sponsored rewards, incentives, promotions, distribution plans, market-support activities, quarterly review frameworks or other ecosystem programs at any time. A stated review date or potential allocation is not a promise or guarantee that additional PTC will be released or deployed.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pride Town Connect, Vanguard Advertising Agency, LLC, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates will not be responsible for losses, damages or adverse consequences arising from a participant's voluntary acquisition, holding, transfer, trading, liquidity provision or other interaction with PTC or with third-party blockchain platforms and services. Each participant is responsible for evaluating whether digital-asset activity is appropriate for them and for maintaining the security of their own wallet and credentials.
