This guide brings together statewide services and organizations serving Philadelphia, Reading, the Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, Bucks County, State College and Centre County, Northeast Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh and the broader western part of the state.

For communities without a large dedicated LGBTQIA+ center—including many rural areas and places such as Altoona and the interior of Pennsylvania—statewide services such as PA 211 can help people search by ZIP code for nearby support. This guide is a starting point; always confirm current services, hours, eligibility and accessibility directly with each organization.
