Payment does not guarantee placement. Pride Town Connect reviews each Candidate Spotlight application for eligibility and inclusion before accepting advertising. The review may consider publicly available information concerning the candidate's record, statements and actions relating to LGBTQIA+ inclusion, together with information supplied by the campaign. When clarification is needed, PTC may contact the candidate or an authorized campaign representative before making an eligibility decision. Acceptance means only that the candidate has satisfied PTC's eligibility standards for participation in this advertising program; it is not an endorsement of the candidate, political party, overall platform or positions outside the scope of PTC's inclusion review. Candidate and campaign statements, policy positions, links and other campaign-supplied representations remain the responsibility of the participating candidate or campaign.

PTC applies its published advertising rates, presentation standards and application procedures consistently to participating candidates. Party or nonpartisan designation may be displayed where applicable.

2026 is the first year of Pride Town Connect Election Spotlight. PTC launched with a selected group of states so the program can grow responsibly as candidate and campaign demand develops. The initial list is not a political ranking or endorsement of any state, party or candidate. Additional states can be added as campaigns request placement, with the goal of expanding access over time.

Submit a Candidate Spotlight application for review. If the application is approved, Pride Town Connect will issue an invoice to the campaign or authorized committee. Campaigns should not submit payment with the initial application. Payment must be made in full before PTC begins production. Once payment is received, PTC prepares the Spotlight using campaign-supplied or campaign-approved materials, completes campaign approval of the presentation and publishes the Candidate Spotlight.

The campaign supplies or approves its Candidate Spotlight content and provides the legally required political advertising identification or disclaimer applicable to its campaign and jurisdiction.

No. PTC may format or lightly edit submitted material for presentation, clarity and length, but political statements and positions must remain campaign-supplied or campaign-approved before publication.

PTC uses fixed package pricing so the same published advertising terms can be applied consistently to participating campaigns. Pricing is based on the package, not on the number of days remaining when a campaign chooses to participate. For example, an accepted campaign beginning its 2026 Election Spotlight on October 20 pays the same $299 package price. Joining later does not result in a reduced or individually negotiated rate.

Pride Town Connect may review continued eligibility if materially new information arises during the placement period that is relevant to the program's published inclusion standards. Any such review concerns eligibility for continued participation in Election Spotlight and should not be interpreted as a broader evaluation or endorsement of the candidate or campaign.

Publication runs through the end date of the purchased visibility package, subject to PTC's advertising terms and any legal or compliance requirements that may apply.
