After approval and after payment is processed, your listing will be live within 24-36 hours.
We will send an email of your listing username and password and you can make any edits to your listing.  Edits made will be live after they are vetted for approval before they are live. 
Please note: There is no automatic billing, once the listing is up for renewal in 12 months, a renewal link will be sent to you along with your google analytics data for you to evaluate your listing visibility.  
We will also provide your current google analytic data as requested via email.  We use google analytics for each listing. 
There is no extra fees each year, your renewal rate will be locked in as the same renewal rate as your original sign up rate.

Our Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will my listing appear?

Usually within 24–36 hours after submission.

How long does a listing last?

All listings run for 12 months. 

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — businesses can upgrade their listing anytime.  The upgrade amount is prorated on prior amount paid. The year restarts if your listing is upgraded, and that is our way to say ‘thank you.’

Do listings auto-renew?

No, each listing does not auto-renew.  You are sent a renewal link to evaluate your listing’s google analytics and then you can then purchase the next 12 months prior to the listing expiring.  You are given 7 days to renew before the listing is deactivated.  You can also reactivate your listing after it expires.  We have currently a 95% renewal rate in 2024-2025. 

Does each listing contain Google Analytics data?

Yes, each listing activity is monitored by google analytics and that data is available to each advertiser as requested and sent to you (yearly upon renewal). for you to have data to evaluate your listing and renew accordingly.

What is Pride Town Connect’s current CPM Rate?

$7.01 per 1000 views/impressions.  This helps boost your SEO ranking.  The current average is 43,000 views per $325 in ad dollars spent. The founder (during the first 3 years) based on data, is extending the current ad listings (at no cost to the advertiser) to achieve this for our advertisers (at no cost to the advertiser). This helps the founder fairly achieve solid metrics for all advertising members, but he is not obligated.  This is the founder’s way to thank the founding advertiser for helping our LGBTQ+ community and by being a member of Pride Town Connect.  

How can I access my listing? 

You are provided a username and password once your listing is completed if you want to make any changes to your listing.  All listing edits/changes are approved by our webmaster and are not immediately live. 

Does this site provide security for each listing?

Yes, we partner with GoDaddy to keep each listing and the site secure. This is done with various firewalls, and other security measures to make sure each listing is safe while keeping spam out.  

Does the ad listing cost more each year?

No, we aim to keep prices low, and since our website launched in August 2024, we have not raised prices each year, we aim to keep the same renewal rate for you each year.  We have done so for the past 2 years and will continue to do so.

Why is there only 1 photo to upload in the form?  

This is to get the listing active, you will be provided an email when your listing is active, and you can attach the additional photos as per the plan you signed up for.
