Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing LGBTQ+-friendly businesses to join the Pride Town Connect directory. Your focus will be on booking appointments and closing sales with businesses that align with our mission. You will be expected to secure sales of $3,000 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify LGBTQ+-friendly businesses and potential leads through research and networking.

• Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce Pride Town Connect.

• Effectively communicate the benefits of listing on Pride Town Connect, including increased visibility and support for the LGBTQ+ community.

• Schedule and secure appointments with business owners to finalize directory listings.

• Maintain records of outreach efforts, appointments, and successful sales.

• Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community and promoting equality.

• Familiarity with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses is a plus.

We are looking for a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design visually engaging graphics for business listings, promotional materials, and assist with occasional website updates. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone passionate about LGBTQ+ advocacy and skilled in design. This is an entry level role and hours are flexible and be as little as 3 hours per week. The role may eventually grow into 20 hours per week in the next several months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for business listings, advertisements, and social media.

• Make updates and design changes to the website as needed, ensuring brand consistency.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of website design and editing (WordPress or similar platforms is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ community and creating inclusive designs.
